Return & Exchange

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept the returns within 30 days of receipt for items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.

Items excluded from returns

1.Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

2.Products must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

3.The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

① Items on Clearance,  ④Customized Items.

4.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

5.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

6.Any applications for exceeding of what you paid will not be accepted.Refund value exceed the value of the order will be only processed under the circumstances of dispatched cancel-orders and faulty goods. Therefore, non-quality problems will not be reimbursed for return & exchange shipping costs. 
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

7.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

8.Changes made to the prices of our items after you’ve bought within 3 days, we will refund you the charge.

9.Discount code you used for your order cannot be changed.

How do I return?

Get in touch with our chat online representative by sending us the return ticket or send email to anwickshop@outlook.com, indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

I received a defective Product

If you have quality issue to report, you can contact our customer care team within 5 business days, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?

We are welcome any email about your confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us at anwicksho@outlook.com. We will take immediate remedial actions.

Payment

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. We only offer Paypal payment method. To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How to place an order?

Select your favorite collection then click product details Select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘MY CART’ at the right top of the page.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
